Aisha received her Bachelor of Arts Honours from the University of Anglia in 2000.
After University, Aisha went to work in the gastronomy industry in Brisbane, Australia running her own 120 seat, fully licensed restaurant, "La Brasserie". After 2 years of running La Brasserie, Aisha trained for six months with the head chef before returning to London, England to develop her catering career.
Aisha Cowan has Diplomas in Catering & Gourmet Cooking and has graduated from the well established Cookery School at Little Portland Street.(see below for certificates)
With her industry insight and education, Aisha launched Taybra Catering, an elite catering company supplying first-class gournmet food to discerning customers, with the freshest and highest quality ingredients and service that is second to none.
